Subscription & Plan

View your current plan, monitor booking usage, and manage your subscription. Navigate to Settings > Subscription to access these options.

Current Plan Overview

The subscription page displays a card with your current plan details:

  • Plan name -- Starter, Growth, or Pro
  • Monthly price
  • Included features for your tier
  • Booking usage -- a progress bar showing your current bookings against your plan limit

Subscription Status

Your subscription status is displayed at the top of the page:

  • Active -- your subscription is current and in good standing
  • Free Trial -- you are within your 14-day trial period; the trial end date is shown
  • Past Due -- a payment has failed; update your payment method to avoid interruption
  • No Subscription -- no active plan; choose a tier to get started

Additional details shown when applicable:

  • Next billing date
  • Trial end date
  • Auto-renew status

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. On the Subscription page, review the available tiers above your current plan
  2. Click Upgrade to [Tier Name]
  3. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Managing Billing & Payment Methods

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • View past invoices
  • Download receipts

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Review the confirmation dialog
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
