Accept Instructor Invite

When you invite an instructor to your studio, they receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and join your teaching team.
How It Works
- You invite an instructor from your dashboard
- The instructor receives an email with an invitation link
- They click the link and are taken to the acceptance page
- If they're not signed in, they're prompted to sign in or create an account
- After accepting, they're redirected to their Instructor Schedule
For Instructors
If you received an invitation:
- Click the link in your invitation email
- Sign in with your StudioBase account (or create one if you don't have one)
- The invitation is accepted automatically
- You'll see your schedule with any classes you've been assigned to
Troubleshooting
- Link expired? — Ask the studio owner to resend the invitation
- Already have an account? — Sign in with your existing credentials
- Can't find the email? — Check your spam folder
