Accept Instructor Invite

When you invite an instructor to your studio, they receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and join your teaching team.

How It Works

1. You invite an instructor from your dashboard
2. The instructor receives an email with an invitation link
3. They click the link and land on a welcome page branded for your studio
4. The page validates the invitation, then walks them through accepting and creating an account
5. After accepting, they're taken to the instructor portal home

For Instructors

If you received an invitation:

• Click the link in your invitation email
• The welcome page checks your invitation and shows the email it was sent to
• Choose Accept & Create Account and set a password
• You'll land in the portal with your schedule and any classes you've been assigned to

Troubleshooting

• Link expired? — Ask the studio owner to resend the invitation
• Already have an account? — Sign in with your existing credentials
• Can't find the email? — Check your spam folder
