Quick Start Guide

Get your studio up and running on StudioBase in just 15 minutes. This guide will walk you through the essential setup steps.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit www.studiobase.org
2. Click Get Started or Sign Up
3. Enter your email address and create a password
4. Verify your email address

Step 2: Name Your Studio

After signing in, the onboarding wizard will guide you through setup:

1. Studio Name: Enter your studio's name (e.g., "Sunrise Yoga Studio")
2. Studio URL: A custom subdomain is auto-generated from your name (e.g., sunrise-yoga-studio.studiobase.org). This URL is used for your booking page.
3. Description (optional): Write a brief description of your studio and services

Step 3: Connect Your Bank Account

Set up Stripe to accept payments:

1. Click Connect with Stripe
2. Follow the Stripe Connect onboarding flow
3. Complete your business information and add bank account details

Once connected, you can start accepting payments immediately.

Step 4: Create Your First Class

Add your first class to get started:

1. Choose from a preset template (Yoga Flow, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Barre) or create a custom class
2. Set the class details: name, price, duration, and time
3. Pick a date for your first session
4. Click Create Class

Step 5: Add Your First Instructor

Optionally add your first instructor:

1. Enter the instructor's name
2. Add an optional tagline (e.g., "Certified yoga instructor")
3. Add an optional Instagram handle
4. Click Continue to finish setup, or Skip to add instructors later

You're now on the dashboard and ready to go!

After Setup

Once onboarding is complete, customize your studio further from the dashboard:

• Settings > General: Add your studio location, phone number, and contact email
• Settings > Branding: Upload your logo and set brand colors
• Classes: Add more classes and set up recurring schedules
• Instructors: Add and manage your instructor team
