• Pillbox filters replace the old dropdown stack. Filter by status, date range, or class with one click.
• Redesigned check-in modal shows roster, waitlist, and drop-in candidates side-by-side.
• Clearer cancellation flow — refund preview, credit-back options, and reason capture are now one screen.
• Activity log for every booking shows comp status, refunds, and no-show history inline.
• Bulk actions (check-in multiple attendees, send reminders) now work from the list without opening individual rows.

Why we built this

Filtering a busy bookings list used to require three dropdown interactions. The new pillbox pattern surfaces common filter combinations as one-click actions. The check-in modal redesign came out of front-desk usability sessions — cognitive load during class arrival is the highest-stakes moment in the app.
