Self check-in with a QR code
Post a QR code at your door and let attendees check themselves in.
What's new
- Scan to check in — an attendee scans the code, confirms, and they're on the roster.
- Opt-in, per studio — self check-in is off by default; turn it on whenever you're ready.
- Rewards still fire — a self check-in counts exactly like a front-desk one, so attendance rewards and referrals are unaffected.
Why we built this
Class arrivals are the busiest minute in the building. For studios where a staffed front desk isn't always there to greet everyone, self check-in clears the line and frees whoever's around to actually welcome people instead of tapping through a roster.
