Streak bonuses reward consistent attendance
A new optional add-on for the rewards program: streak bonuses. Guests who attend classes on enough different days within a week or month automatically earn a bonus credit grant on top of their normal milestone progress.
What's new
- Streak bonuses — configure a window (Weekly or Monthly), a threshold of distinct attendance days (2–31), and a bonus credit amount (1–100). When a guest hits the threshold within the period, the bonus fires once. It re-earns at the start of each new week or month.
- Distinct-day counting — multiple classes on the same day count as one day, so the streak rewards showing up consistently over time, not cramming sessions into a single day.
- Progress visible to guests — a progress bar on the booking page and in the "My Rewards" account panel shows how many days of the current period they've already attended.
- Off by default — streak bonuses stay off until you enable them in Settings → Rewards, so you roll them out on your own schedule.
Why we built this
Milestone programs reward total class count. Streak bonuses reward a different habit: showing up more than once a week or across a month. Together they give studios two complementary levers — rewarding volume and rewarding regularity.
