Rewards that bring clients back
Two new ways to reward loyalty — plus a nudge so earned credit doesn't quietly go to waste.
What's new
- Dual-sided referrals — when a client refers a friend, both sides earn credit once the friend completes a booking.
- Birthday rewards — clients automatically receive a credit on their birthday.
- Credit-expiry reminders — friendly emails go out 7 days and 1 day before a reward credit expires.
- Off by default — referrals and birthday rewards stay dark until you switch them on in Settings → Rewards, so you choose when (and whether) to run them.
Why we built this
The cheapest new client is the one a happy client brings you, and the easiest sale is to someone you've already earned. Referrals and birthday credits lean on both — and the expiry reminders make sure a reward you granted actually turns into a return visit instead of an expired balance.
