Front desks asked, and we listened: you can now book, charge, and check in a walk-in drop-in without ever leaving the check-in flow.

What's new

• Card payment at the door — take a one-tap card payment for an attendee who shows up without a booking.
• Redeem pack credit for walk-ins — if the guest already has class-pack credit, apply one on the spot instead of charging a card.
• One screen, start to finish — the walk-in is created, paid, and checked in from the same place, then drops straight onto the roster.

Why we built this

The most common front-desk moment — someone arriving for a class they never booked — used to mean opening a second booking flow, taking payment somewhere else, and then coming back to check them in. We collapsed all of it into the check-in modal you're already standing in, so the line keeps moving.
