March 4, 2026 Updates
The rewards program is here. Studios can now set up attendance-based reward credits that give students free classes for showing up consistently.
New Features
Rewards Program
Studios can now create a rewards program that awards free class credits based on attendance. Two program types are available:
- Repeating -- "Every N classes, earn X credits." The cycle repeats indefinitely, so students keep earning as long as they keep attending.
- Tiered -- Custom milestones at specific attendance thresholds (e.g., 5 classes earns 1 credit, 15 classes earns 2 credits). Each milestone is awarded once.
How to set up: Go to Dashboard > Settings > Rewards to create and configure your program.
Student Rewards Experience
Students see their reward progress directly on your booking page:
- Progress banner -- A progress bar on the schedule page shows how close they are to their next reward.
- Reward credit payment -- When booking a class, students can choose to pay with a reward credit instead of a card or class pack credit.
- Account drawer -- The "My Rewards" section in the account drawer shows current balance and progress toward the next milestone.
Manual Credit Adjustments
Studio owners can now manually add or remove reward credits for individual clients:
- Rewards settings page -- A searchable client dropdown lets you find clients by name and adjust their credit balance. An "Enter email manually" fallback is available for clients not yet in your system.
- Client profile page -- Each client's profile now includes a "Reward Credits" section showing their balance with an inline adjustment form.
Credits Column on Clients List
The clients list page now shows a "Credits" column displaying each client's reward credit balance. The column is sortable, making it easy to see which clients have accumulated the most credits.
Improvements
- Simplified sign-in prompt -- The booking page sign-in prompt now says "Sign in to use credits" instead of listing each credit type individually, covering both class pack and reward credits.
