Class Reminders
StudioBase automatically sends reminder emails to guests 24 hours before their booked class. Reminders help reduce no-shows and keep your schedule running smoothly.
How It Works
- A guest books a class scheduled for a future date
- Approximately 24 hours before the class start time, StudioBase queues a reminder email
- The guest receives an email with the class details
Each reminder includes:
- Class name and studio name
- Date and time of the class
- Duration
- Instructor name (if assigned)
- Location (if set)
Each guest receives at most one reminder per booking. StudioBase tracks which reminders have been sent to prevent duplicate emails.
Enabling or Disabling Reminders
Class reminders are enabled by default. To toggle them:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- In the Reminders section, toggle Class Reminders on or off
- Click Save
When disabled, no reminder emails will be sent to guests for upcoming classes.

Timing
Reminders are sent within a window of 23 to 25 hours before the class start time. The exact delivery time depends on when the system processes the reminder queue.
Classes booked less than 24 hours before start time will not receive a reminder — the booking confirmation email serves as their notification.
