We've rounded out the controls that let you — and your clients — trust StudioBase with personal data.

What's new

• Export and deletion on request — fulfil a data-access or erasure request with complete coverage across bookings, payments, and email history.
• Consent recorded at signup — terms and privacy consent is captured when an account is created, including via social sign-in.
• Automatic retention — webhook logs, email logs, and idempotency records age out on a schedule instead of accumulating forever.
• Policies that match the product — our cookie and privacy policies were reconciled to describe exactly what StudioBase actually does.

Why we built this

Handling other people's personal data is a responsibility, not a checkbox. These changes mean that when a client asks what you hold or asks you to delete it, you have a real answer — and that the data you don't need doesn't stick around.
