Guest Verification

When students book classes at your studio without a full StudioBase account, they go through a guest verification flow to confirm their identity.

How It Works

1. The student enters their email address on your studio's booking page
2. StudioBase sends a one-time code (OTP) or magic link to their email
3. The student enters the code or clicks the link to verify
4. Once verified, they can complete their booking

Why Guest Verification?

Guest verification ensures that bookings are tied to real email addresses, which:

• Prevents fake bookings
• Enables booking confirmations and reminders
• Allows students to view their booking history
• Links attendance records for rewards programs

For Studio Owners

Guest verification is automatic — you don't need to configure anything. When guests visit your booking page, they're guided through the verification flow before completing their booking.
