Plans and billing, made clear

We've reworked how plans and billing work, so it's obvious what you get — and so a missed payment never costs you your data.

What's new

• Clear, feature-based plans — each plan spells out exactly which features are included, with no surprises behind the next click.
• Read-only on lapse, never deleted — if a subscription lapses, your studio goes read-only instead of losing access. Re-subscribe and everything is exactly where you left it.
• Existing studios grandfathered — if you're already with us, your current access is preserved as plans evolve.

Why we built this

Billing software has a bad habit of holding your data hostage the moment a card expires. We didn't want StudioBase to be that. A lapse should be a gentle pause you can undo — your classes, clients, and history stay intact and visible — not a cliff. And you should always be able to tell, at a glance, what your plan includes.
