Invoice History

View all past invoices for your StudioBase subscription. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoice History to access this page.

Viewing Your Invoices

The invoice history page displays a table of all invoices associated with your account, including:

ColumnDetails
DateWhen the invoice was created
Invoice #The unique invoice number (assigned by Stripe)
AmountThe total amount charged
StatusCurrent status of the invoice

Invoice Statuses

Each invoice shows one of the following statuses:

  • Paid -- Payment was successfully collected
  • Open -- Invoice is awaiting payment
  • Void -- Invoice was cancelled and no payment is expected
  • Uncollectible -- Payment could not be collected after multiple attempts

Downloading Invoices

Each invoice row provides two actions:

  • View -- Opens the full invoice in a new tab on Stripe's hosted invoice page, where you can review line items and payment details
  • PDF -- Downloads a PDF copy of the invoice for your records

These links are provided directly by Stripe and open in a new browser tab.

Tips

  • Keep records. Download PDF copies of your invoices for tax filing or bookkeeping purposes.
  • Check status. If an invoice shows as "Open" or "Uncollectible," visit Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing to update your payment method.
  • No invoices yet? Invoices appear after your first subscription charge. If you're still in your free trial, no invoices will be listed.
