Why we’re building this
I spent years working with small studio owners — yoga teachers, pottery instructors, dance coaches — and I kept seeing the same thing. Talented people spending half their time on admin work that had nothing to do with why they started their studio.
The tools out there are either built for enterprise gyms with 500 members or they’re so basic you end up duct-taping three other apps together. There wasn’t anything that just worked for a studio with one or two instructors and a handful of weekly classes.
So we’re building it. StudioBase is a small team making something we wish existed — a single, straightforward platform where you can manage your schedule, take payments, and give your students a real place to book classes. Nothing more, nothing less.
