Instructors

The instructors settings page lets you manage your teaching staff. Add instructor profiles with their bio, contact details, and social media links so students know who's teaching each class.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Instructors to manage your instructors.

Instructor Profiles

Each instructor profile includes:

• Name — displayed on class listings and your booking page
• Tagline/Bio — a short description of the instructor
• Email and Phone — contact information
• Social Media — Instagram handle, TikTok handle, website URL, and LinkedIn profile
• Status — Active or Inactive

Managing Instructors

Adding an Instructor

Click Add Instructor and fill in their profile details. The instructor will be available to assign to classes immediately.

Editing an Instructor

Click on any instructor in the list to edit their profile. Changes are saved automatically.

Deactivating an Instructor

Toggle an instructor's status to Inactive. Inactive instructors won't appear as options when creating new classes, but their existing class assignments are preserved.
