The FAQ page provides answers to common questions about using StudioBase. Questions are organized by category and searchable.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > FAQ to access it.

Browsing FAQs

FAQs are organized into categories:

  • Getting Started — setup and onboarding questions
  • Payments & Payouts — Stripe, billing, and revenue questions
  • Penalties & Policies — no-show and cancellation policy questions

Click on a category to expand it and browse questions. Each question expands into an accordion with a detailed answer.

Searching

Use the search bar at the top to find answers across all categories. Results update as you type.
