Payouts

Track your earnings, view transaction history, and manage Stripe payouts to your bank account

Payouts

The payouts page shows your studio's earnings, transaction details, and payout history. You can see your current balance, review monthly revenue breakdowns, and track transfers to your bank account.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Payouts to access this page.

Getting Started

You need a connected Stripe account to receive payouts. If you haven't set one up yet, the page will prompt you to connect Stripe with a summary of benefits including card payments, automatic payouts, transaction history, and fraud protection.

Balance

At the top of the page, you'll see three key numbers:

MetricDescription
Available BalanceFunds ready for payout to your bank
Pending BalanceFunds awaiting the next scheduled payout
Total EarningsCombined available and pending amounts

Overview Tab

The default tab shows a monthly financial summary. Use the month selector to view any of the last 6 months.

Monthly Summary

  • Gross Revenue — Total from bookings and class pack purchases
  • Estimated Charges — Processing fees and refund fees for the month
  • Estimated Net After Fees — Your bottom-line earnings

A separate refund impact card shows any refund-related fees, and a fee explainer section describes how fees are calculated.

Transactions Tab

View individual transactions including bookings and class pack purchases. Each entry shows:

  • Date
  • Guest name
  • Item (class name or pack name)
  • Gross amount
  • Fee
  • Net amount

Transactions are sorted newest first and paginated.

Payouts Tab

Track all transfers to your bank account. Each payout shows:

  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status (Paid, Pending, In Transit, or Failed)
