Insights
Get actionable analytics about your studio — low-fill warnings, at-risk students, and growth opportunities
Insights
The insights page surfaces actionable intelligence about your studio's performance. Instead of digging through data, you get prioritized cards that highlight what needs attention and where opportunities exist.
Go to Dashboard > Insights to access this page.
How Insights Work
Insights are generated automatically by analyzing your studio's booking and attendance data. Each insight is displayed as a card with a headline, context explaining why it matters, and action buttons to respond directly.
You can click Refresh to trigger a fresh analysis at any time.
Insight Types
Insights are categorized by priority:
| Priority | Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Urgent | Red alert | Critical issues requiring immediate action |
| Opportunity | Orange trend | Growth opportunities and optimization suggestions |
| Win | Green check | Positive metrics and achievements to celebrate |
| Info | Blue info | General information and updates |
Common Insights
Low Fill Class Warning
Flags classes with unexpectedly low attendance. Expand the details to see a table of affected classes with their booking numbers. Use this to adjust scheduling, pricing, or marketing.
Students at Risk
Identifies students whose attendance is declining. You can expand the list to see who's at risk and email them directly from the card to re-engage them.
Almost Regular Students
Highlights students who are close to becoming regulars based on their attendance patterns. A nudge like a personal email or promo code can help convert them.
Underperforming Classes
Spots classes with declining performance trends over time. Expand to view a performance chart showing the trend.
Taking Action
Each insight card includes one or more action buttons:
- Link actions — Navigate to relevant dashboard sections (e.g., "View Schedule", "View Client")
- Email actions — Send emails directly to students from the card
Dismissing Insights
Click the dismiss button (X) on any card to remove it from view. Dismissed insights won't reappear unless conditions change and a new analysis generates them again.
Empty State
When all insights are addressed or dismissed, you'll see an "All caught up!" message. Check back after your next batch of classes for fresh insights.
